Is anyone else excited to see Klopp return to management with Germany? I am genuinely buzzing, and I am not even a German lmao. An additional bonus would be Wirtz getting to work with him.
All my thoughts with Diogo, Andre and their family. I still miss him sometimes. Gone far too soon.

It will be interesting if he can get his ideas & strategy across to players in the short time that international managers have with them.

Knowing Pep, seeing Klopp set to be the Germany manager, he probably wants to manage Spain if Spain's current manager left. And who knows, Slot might be the new Dutch manager. Bar Arteta, that's 3 of the last managers to win the EPL.

I think Pep will not manage Spain. Isn't he a strong proponent of Catalonian independence?

Honestly, I don't expect him to do all that well at international level. I don't think it suits him, particularly as he'll have such a short time with the players.
It took Klopp 2 years to get Liverpool to where he wanted us to be, and that was with the means to replace players who weren't good enough.

thekoparmy, Yes, very much so, even speaking out at a Catalan independence rally criticising the Spanish government, as you can imagine, that didn't go down too well.
Pep himself did say he would like to coach Spain previously but since the 'Catalan commentary', he's been asked if he would take the job, he replied with something along the lines of, 'They would never give it to me.'

Didn't stop him playing for Spain!

That was long before he publicly criticised Spain, Rover, which resulted in criticism from the Prime Minister. As I said, Pep himself hasn't got an issue, he would like to coach Spain, he believes that the Spanish Federation wouldn't appoint him, which I don't agree with myself, I think such comments can be forgotten in time, so long as you're not a politician.
