Mills would be a good shout for RB in my opinion.
Do you know if we have looked at him as an option and would Sunderland be willing to sell?

If so, we had a lot of interest in him a very long time ago, when he was a youngster, I don't believe we have considered him since then. Sunderland would sell for the right price, they are not in a position to just flatly refuse big offers for any of their players due to SCR requirements.}
