Surely if we do get Mbaye and Barcola, that’s the end for Gakpo and Chiesa because the quota for English players doesn’t work and one will have to drop out the squad anyway.
Surely the next signing after these has to be English… Konsa and Scott will do nicely to end the window on a high. ?

There is no quota for English players.
