This site really benefits from your knowledge of the club its history and workings.
Somebody said today Liverpool will do what they want and what's said on forums like this would have no effect.
In my mind I would like to believe that serious side of this site would have some benefit in showing the club the feeling of proper fans.
I think some posts on the site although emotional at times do have real merit. They all come from the heart. Have the best intentions.
The club could benefit from some of the observations on here. I'm convinced people like yourself and God forgive me Edd25 have a way of delivering opinion that could give insight on the general feelings of the fan base.
I was personally critical early on Slots methods last year, moaning about the run in for 20. I just found it boring slow and underwhelming. Then when we started last season with 5 on the bounce I was shot down for saying we limped over the line.
My point is there are some very good well meant posts on this site, it would be good for the club to monitor. I would love to think people like you had some influence with the powers that be.

{Ed001's Note - football clubs do monitor social media, FSG used to employ a PR company that would monitor all sorts of sites to get an overall feeling for how things are going. That is why they were so quick to back down when they did make mistakes. I am sure that any ownership in this modern era would do the same. They will always want to keep abreast of the fans' feelings as it makes a huge difference to merchandising revenue, if nothing else. If the fans are happy and involved, they spend a lot more on the merch, which makes the club more valuable. It is simply good business practice to do so.}

So refreshing that FSG actually do take public sentiment into consideration. Maybe they do understand that special part.of this club, wrt the relationship between club and fans, afterall!!
