Apparently, Man City are fuming, as they see him as an elite talent. He's a 16-year-old AM likened to Eberechi Eze in style, and he has also captained England at U16s level. Some are saying this is as big of a coup as when we took Rio Ngumoha from Chelsea. Parker is allegedly a Liverpool fan and desperate to make the move.

Love these kind of signings. With Parker, Eden, Abe and Rio, we would have some outstanding young English talents at the club. Doesn't seem right England heading off to the WC without a single LFC player in the ranks. Won't go out of my way to watch them now as much as I would have when Stevie or Trent was in the squad.
