It is clear that we have lost a lot of points after playing in Europe. I have tried to explain a lot of times already why this is but today we also have to give credit to Brighton. In the second half, they were the better team on the pitch.

The subs, at times, are mind-boggling. Yes, the quality on our bench is near to Zip, granted.
But when Ekitike goes off injured, you don't bring on Curtis Jones over Rio or Chiesa.
I'm not saying they would change the result, but it's an obvious flaw when your manager can't replace an injured forward with a forward sub.
We had nobody up front. Nobody. It's absolutely ridiculous.

@LiverpoolFC8, I can't agree more. The substitutions are just crazy; if you are going to bring off a defender and replace him with a midfielder, I get it if there's a change of formation, but if you stick with the same formation and have two midfielders in defence, it's mind-boggling.
And it's been happening all season. The epitome of insanity: keep making stupid substitutions and expect that this time it's going to work. I have never seen a manager who clearly has no idea and is happy to publicly show it.
