Agreed, Kopcat. Too many fitness coaches are over-credentialed dorks, these days. Fitness for football means running and then running harder. Lots of rest days is great for powerlifting (where training hard only two days a week will make you bigger and stronger than training five), but football requires much more regular intense training.
