Unpopular opinion time - I have felt for a long time that Wan Bissaka is one of the best right backs in the league defensively. He is by no means the best full back in the league and the attacking part of his game leaves a lot to be desired.
However, I would imagine that he wouldn't be an expensive signing this summer and may be happy to accept a squad role rotating with Bradley and Frimpong. He is very different to the others and could provide a different, more solid defensive option??

I like the thinking but I rekon if we're going to have a defensive-minded fullback back-up, then that guy is Gomez.

It's got to be Michael Kayode for me. Great defensive, fast, big and strong and also already played in the prem. Just what we need.

I know he's 30 now and that's "ancient" these days, but I'd have Daniel Munoz from Palace all day! Serious engine, not afraid to get stuck in, and can play too. Would also mean there's still a pathway for Bradley if he can get his injuries under control too.
