Bild (trash, I know) are reporting that RBL have decided to keep Diomande as their valuation has not been met.
Apparently City, United, PSG and Chelsea have all communicated their interest to RBL but they've also been informed that none of them are willing to go above 100m.

Does seem very quiet on the transfer front atm, but I imagine it will ramp up over the next week or 2.
