Worry here for me is that the head coach - despite him not doing well this season - appears to believe there is a lack of authority to the position.
Meaning, Edwards and Hughes are running the football side of the club.
If that is the message that is going to potential new managers, we will end up with a second rate choice who is willing to answer to 2 individuals with no clue of how to build a successful squad and first team.
