I know the likes of Hughes and Edwards are a joke, but I'm pretty sure that even they would not be stupid enough to agree to letting Mo go early without some kind of agreement that stopped him going to a PL rival.

I love Salah and agree 100% with his comments and support him going public, as it forces the powers that be to act. Regardless, I think now is the right time for him to move on.
I was thinking earlier, if Milly were to retire this century, we would be foolish not to get him on the coaching side of things.
