Rumour was posted by a blke called Keefe Irwin on x along with a video that doesn't show the pair arriving with the rest of the squad at the hotel this morning, lots of other players arrived separately or weren't seen in the video, I wouldn't take anything from it just yet if that's all the evidence they have.

Hopefully Wirtz does his hammie next. Can't watch another one of his "performances" literally an embarrassment of a signing. Before everyone jumps in, what has Wirtz done? Answer me honestly, what has he done in our team and when can we expect him to be good? He is not good.

If you criticise a player who has been terrible for his whole time at the club, then you are not a true fan. Blah blah blah, I get it. And I mustn't be a true fan because I think Wirtz is terrible.

I wouldn't call myself a true fan in beta, I'm loosing interest to be honest and I criticize plenty of our players. I've been thoroughly underwhelmed with wirtz too, I had really high hopes for him. I wouldn't wish him a possibly career ending injury though.

I've no confidence in Wirtz, he just hasn't got the X factor we need from him, it's missing and if it hasn't appeared in eighteen months it won't appear at all.
Same goes for the other players we keep on waiting for sadly. Even though with some of the others it's partly due to injuries rather than mentality and capability. Connor being another one well wait for ever for.
Great players produce fairly quickly, and very consistently. We're miles off having a very good team, never mind a great one right now.
