Did you see the signs we were going to spend so heavy this year.
I’m over the moon with who we’ve signed but I’m shocked at the spend.
{Ed001's Note - yes, I had said I expected Hughes to go big, but I expected him to start in January. I hadn't expected it to be quite this big though.}

It does feel a bit surreal to see us spend so much. Not that I'm complaining though, since our three signings so far have been quality, but I'm just not used to seeing it.

My personal choices for replacing the above are as follows:
Rodrygo £80m (Diaz replacement)
Diomande £45m (Konate replacement)
Morton (No replacement)
Ederson £45m (Endo and Elliott money used)
Ekitike (looks to be done and a Nunez replacement)
Zeze £20m ( Quansah replacement)
Total £ 190m
I would still be keen on a young forward with potential to replace Diogo god rest his soul. Danns is not ready or over his injuries.

From all reports Tsimi, and Endo want to stay and Konate wants to see out his contract. Also looks like the club wan5 more than £65 m for Diaz.
