I'm going to sleep on the most overrated player in recent history (not literally) question. Will be back with a decision. Thoughts so far are Grealish and Keita. I was so excited about Naby, changed all my passwords and all that kinda rubbish, let down and dejected. Wilshire was biz and Ramsey too, thoughts?

He’s played 8 seasons at City over 200 games nearly 100 for his country over 14 years. Countless trophies, sure he’s fell off a cliff at 35 but people think Robbo is done and he’s only 31 and certainly didn’t have the pace of Walker. Maybe he wasn’t the best but if he was as bad as some were saying or Pep would have got rid long ago.

Definitely don’t agree that’s he’s the most overrated player. Other than Trent, who has been better in that position in the last 5 years. 410 appearances, 38 assists, 130 clean sheets. That’s not overrated that’s the stats of a pl all time top ten player in his position. I bet only Neville and maybe Lee Dixon have better stats. Nod to Steve fininan as well he’ll be up there maybe not top 10 but close. My point is you can’t rewrite history to suit a current narrative, at his best Walker was class.
