I knew when Mr. Ferguson left that, from a Liverpool standpoint, it'd be good and there'd be laughs. But I didn't think they'd still be clowning around aimlessly eleven years later, whilst their stadium literally falls down around them.
They'll get Kieran McKenna in and once he loses a couple of games the players will throw him under the bus, like they did with Seven Hag, Rangnick, Solksjaer, Mourinho, Moyes and van Gaal, and half their fanbase will turn on him too. Rinse and repeat. Can't wait for the Mark Goldbridge vids telling everyone (for about the 5th time) that the club structure is to blame and not McKenna whilst his chat bays for blood.

James Pearce has come out with his timely message that no money is being made available for transfers at this time.
Personally think that FSG tightening the belt for us, Red Sox and the Penguins is not a coincidence. They’re looking at buying the Celtics and if you’re going to borrow a very large sum of money from a bank you need to show them you’re credit worthy and keeping costs down and reducing them is the easiest way for them to do it across their portfolio. The process of buying an NBA team takes months and months… so doesn’t bode well for the summer either. Personally not expecting us to sign Kerkez but stick with what we’ve got for at least another season.

He’s working on his tan and brushing up his CV for the inevitable sacking. This whole next summer stuff never comes round until it’s either too late or we’ve sold big. If we win the title I’m of the opinion we’ll do nothing and stick with largely the same squad, less anyone whose contracts haven’t been renewed as the money won’t be made available so sign adequate replacements and everyone and his dog will know we’re desperate which puts prices up even for the mediocre targets Hughes is looking at.

Can’t see it happening. Brighton will use the Caicedo fee as a guideline and FSG aren’t sanctioning that along with other changes that may be needed in the summer. Specially when FSG are tightening the belts across their portfolio while they prepare to bid for the ownership of the Celtics Think it’ll be another quiet summer ahead. Or if there are any moves it’ll be freebies, cheap signings and loans.
