Ok dudes. So given all we are doing is killing time till Iask is announced and to stop the Ed's going mad for second by second updates, what about we play a little game. Question for you Hoody - your 1990 cut off, does that include the players playing their best in that period?
I can see why you'd pick Bruce, but his best was during the 1980s, not the 1990s imo (I started watching Liverpool in the mid-1980s)

Very interesting lads. In answer to your question Zed, simply played at least 30 games from 1990 onwards. Fields, you proved me wrong on the names everyone would have. It’s an opinion game of course, but for me Finnan, as good as he was, and if I’d have 5 players he’d be in there for sure, didn’t have the passing range of Trent. He was a better defender though.

Finnan was a superiour defender to Trent, that ain't even a debate. Attacking wise trent was better, that ain't a debate. Rob Jones was better than both and would be the starting RB.
Hoody, I couldn't bring myself to put any 3 of the trators in there haha.
