Any idea why VVD didn't come out and speak yesterday. Seems like it was damage limitation. Send out the goal scorer. Not a great look, and also was a bit bizarre that slob was struggling to keep a straight face at times. I didn't watch slots media appearance. There are no more excuses.

I think he couldn't explain why the coach decided to leave defenders on the bench when we are winning one nil, and know we are about to be hit with long balls into the box in the last 10 minutes of a game, like we have all season.

I did @Oli and I hope the rest of the first team heard it too. Everybody at the club needs to wake up to the reality and do it quickly, and that includes the players who are not helping matters.
