After watching the Reds all season I would describe them as a mixed jigsaw puzzle. Some of the pieces don't fit into the puzzle, other pieces are put in the wrong positions, some pieces are damaged and can't be used and the jigsaw has been too difficult to complete so it needs given to someone who knows what they are doing.

There is just no composure. It goes hand in hand with confidence. Once a new manager comes in who can set up a team, I expect confidence and composure to grow within the squad.

Lol, great analogy. Not sure it's too difficult to complete tho, Albeyred. It just maybe requires a Krypton Factor above 10.
