Morning Edd 001
What are your thoughts on Hoenes coming in as new boss?
Do you think it's a risky appointment? My personal feeling is he sounds like a breath of fresh air, completely detached from the club, with what sounds like all the right tools. His players respect him and his football is lfc all over.

{Ed001's Note - I like Hoeness, I would be happy with that.}

Hope your well ed001 pal?
What's your opinion on Nagelsmann? To me he always seems full of himself he tries to be like Klopp but he hasn't got the charm or ability to be humble in any interview I've seen of him.
Another poster responded with he is the German equivalent of Bodgers. Would you agree with that?
{Ed001's Note - I would agree with that totally. He is not someone I would even consider at all. Not a top manager for me at all.}

I'm trade marking Teutonic Bodgers.

What makes a good manager, Ed?
(This could be an article, tbf)
{Ed001's Note - there are lots of things, and it is not necessarily the manager who needs to provide it as they have such huge staffs now to help them. It probably would be better as an article I think.
For me, the key nowadays though is an ability to motivate players and keep them playing for him.}

Ed, and that is Pep's biggest strength. Keeping guys motivated to play for him, season in and season out. Klopp the same.
@Coulred as for Naggelmann, i'm not his biggest fan either and always seemed to have a mouth on him. I'll pass, personally.

Hoeness would be interesting, I'd get behind the project and back him through the eventual ups and downs.
I'm not sure he would get that kind of grace from many on here tho.

Nagelsman got hyped up at a young age and walks around like he's done it all. A great manager like Ancelotti has more humility than him.
