I have an uneasy feeling that injuries mean Danns won't hit the necessary heights.
McConnell is hard working, and looks like he might be good enough to be a squad player.
Badger and Koumas maybe - at least either try them in pres-season and then make a decision or loan out.

I can remember when Danns made his first start and it wasn't good, and most on here said he wasn't anywhere near starting a game. Since then he's had major injuries, it seems to be the baj syndrome. People remember the sub appearances as good, but forget the not so good.

Indeed, Bill. I was gutted when Slot pushed McConnell out. He was great under Klopp as well, so I hope he gets a chance.
