I'm really looking forward to Iraola being manager. But listening to that Semenyo interview, he mentions that it took a while for the team to buy in/click with his tactics. So I reckon we might need to be prepared for some ordinary results at the start of the season - particularly considering the players need to improve fitness and the shortened pre-season due to the World Cup.

Just listened to his interview, comes across brilliantly, looking at the youth for now, not ignoring the potential in that group, like when he was asked why he chose us. He said Liverpool is Liverpool. I'm looking forward to the new season with anticipation now, rather than misery if Slot had stayed.

Better give him time, and see a team working hard, trying their best and pressing, playing offensively, that this slow drops Slot gave us.
Remember when Klopp came in, we played 3-3 or 2-2 against West Brom at home, not a good result, but the team spirit, the pressing you could see, this is what football should be like.
Yes there will be cracks, people will look for cracks, but the style is important, we want to see attractive football played offensively. Then we can easily accept setbacks.

Millie's interview with Crouchy said the same ref JK's arrival in that the physical side was difficult to deal with and a lot of hamstring issues.
I've said here previously that's what we lost at the back end of the previous season and this just finished, was the resilience built up during JK's reign had dissipated due to lack of fitness work with Slot.
The skillset is there, just need to marry it to a full game tempo.

Avitohyes, there is another interview Milner gave near a decade ago when Klopp arrived that during those first training sessions that a couple of the players were going off to the side after a break to throw up in the dumpster. He didn't mention names but you get the point.
