Hi All - long time reader, first time poster.

Frome what I read, most of Argentina is mixed blood. They encouraged white Europeans to migrate there to dilute the black population in what they call the "whitening" of the country. They don't count these people as mixed however and refer to them as white in their national census iirc. They are a deeply racist country
