Wouldn't mind Ed001's and others thoughts on this.
It's clear our midfield is a bit 'weak' at times and when one goes up field they all follow leaving big holes. Gravy doesn't sit deep enough and for the life of me I don't understand why Endo isn't used in the holding role. It's his position and he's captain of Japan! Never let us down when he's needed yet he wasn't given a sniff with Slot and AI seems the same.
Why isn't he being used - it doesn't make sense to me unless he's not fit?
{Ed001's Note - he has had two years barely playing and injuries, added to advancing years. He should be a good option to close out games still, but I can see why he is not a starter now. Such a shame as he was so good for us and was badly treated by Slot.}

He was brilliant the season before Slot came and I recall Jurgen saying he should've played him more.
Even last season when Slot finally played him, Endo did well that game but was a shame he got injured.

We really missed Endo the 24/25 season.
I'd like to see Ai go with a solid reliable spine of Gomez, Endo and Chiesa.
Virg isn't captain material so give it to Endo and finally build the midfield around Bajetic.

ever since we weakened the MF by replacing a MF with a forward, we have looked worse.
In this league you need a solid MF 3.
Flo has to play elsewhere. He is the heir to Bobby imo.

That was JK23's "joke" Gaga. He is right too, if was up to some Posters our line up would have Ramsay, Gomez, Endo, Chiesa & Nunez etc. People need to realize that those guys won the lottery when they put on our Jersey!

Endo has never been brilliant for us.
He doesn't get criticised because he doesn't play.
