Apologies if I've missed it anywhere but is there any info on Araujo's absence, injury from going off last night or was it precautionary?
Really need him fit for the next couple of league games.

We were getting hammered by their press, so I think Iraola went with Grav and asked Nyoni to stay deep to allow us to play through that. I thought it worked very well, another great showing from the manager last night.

Nice one, Fornax. I agree that their passing and pressing were killing us on that side and near the whole pitch.
Good change and Ronnie's goal celebration was so heart-warming.
As someone said online, "Araujo was seen celebrating with the fans. And hasn't been seen since". Lol.

It was the smoothest transition from goal to celebration I've ever seen. Big Ron just feels and looks a permanent Liverpool player imo.

Aruajo might be my favourite Liverpool signing in a long time.
Mental how many people on here were against him signing.
I have to admit I was not sure at all and thought it was a random one — already happy to admit the club got this one right.
He'll be even better playing centre back but anfield loves his attitude and his approach. Happy to flatten an attacker one minute but then doing back heel assist and scoring back post headers too.
Some players just immediately click with the anfield fans and he fits that.

Love Ron but it's great to see him well, amazing people thought he was a crock and not that good.
