PSG want Lens to move the game which happens between our tie. Lens manager says he's opposed. Hopefully they still have to play.

This is the major problem with the competitive nature of the Prem vs other leagues. Jupp Heynckes said years ago that Bayern train for midweek, and rest and recover for the Bundesliga, and Bal said the same happens with Madrid (likely Barca too).
Last year LFC played PSG and we both had weekend games. We played Southampton (relegation fodder), and scraped a win with pens, playing pretty much a full strength team bar Tsimikas and Jones.
PSG played 11th placed Rennes, and they played Jao Neves, Barcola and Pacho out of their usual starting 11, and battered Rennes.
I can't imagine a Prem team playing a quarter final of the Champions League midweek and dropping 7 players to face the likes of Brighton, Fulham or Bournemouth this year.

They got their last pre CL game postponed or whatever to complete the second leg of the last round. Of course, the French FA will succumb to the request. They're the Champions of Europe, and will be again.

I believe Lens would need to agree, and I imagine that they, as the team in second place, would want to leave it as is and play the league leaders after a massive Champions League game.

No way PSG are winning the Champions League this season, Shankly's ghost. I reckon they'll go out in the quarter-final. ;-)
