No idea how legit he is, but Pipe Sierra has just announced that Samuel Martinez (17) is travelling to the UK along with his family and agent to complete the final steps to join Liverpool. The Colombian midfielder was highly sought after by a number of big clubs, but opted to join Liverpool in the end.
A big get, apparently.
It was said that Hughes had success when dipping into the South American market, so fingers crossed this all works out.

I suspect it'll be the manager after Iraola that enjoys the fruit of all these youth signings - unless Iraola is successful enough over the next 2 years to sign an additional contract, which, of course, is the hope.

Seems a decent prospect. Agreeing a deal now to complete next summer (2027), as he doesn't turn 18 until April 27.

I suspect it'll be tough til Christmas, then we'll only lose one game in 2027. 2027/28 PL winners. 2028/29 PL and CL winners. 2029/30 completes the hat trick of PL titles plus 5 other trophies.
