Any of the ITK's know anything about a reported 50M offer from LFC to Tijuana for 18 year old Gilberto Mora?

Yeah pretty certain the £50m was right, Mora less.

Not a chance they'd take a 50m punt on an unproven player, is there?
are we now entering the Real phase of signings?
{Ed666's Note - we did it with Andy Carroll.

How many games had Jacquet played before we spent more than that on him?
Or the (up to, minimal up front) we paid for an 18yo GK?

*£30m.

There was conjecture that we were interested when he looked good in the World Cup but most of us were fascinated by the Diomande circus at the time.

He's a quality youngster. I hope its true and the reported 35-40m isn't so expensive with current inflation of prices.

He is quite good in FM26 to be honest.

When moon the moon hits your eye
Like a bid pizza pie that's a mora.

Good little player. Not sure Premier League is ideal for his size and stature. Surely La Liga would be his preference.

I don't mean to blow my own trumpet but I reckon £50m would be enough to persuade Herb Alpert to sell him to us.
He's not the only Gilberto we are looking at either. We've also shown an interest in Gilberto Sullivan. But funds are tight and we might need a loan again, naturally.

??? Nice one @Rigsby - I'm definitely in the 'of a certain age" bracket.
