Ed002 any updates on possible outgoings Thiago Phillips Matip or Gomez. Is Thiago hoping to move this summer.

Clearly Leeds have been told what Liverpool value Phillips at, so surely they either agree with the valuation and pay up, or they disagree with the value and move on?

Completely different Phillips clearly is not a first team start or part of Klopps plans. Had been professional and never publicly spoken out and done a good job when thrown in. The lad is mid 20s and is having his career pass him by. We should let him leave and not stand in his way of having a good career.

Labia on the other hand is young, first teamed with bags of potential. Completely different situation.

Disgrace the way Phillips has been treated. Left out of training with the squad. Trying to sell at a high price. Clearly better than Matip and yet ignored. This side of our club is poor, like allowing so many to run their contracts down due to pricing them out of moves or Klopp being too loyal. Now we're in a pickle with a week and a bit before the first game. Absolutely obvious weaknesses in our squad. It's terrible planning.

Phillips is not better than Matip and is on£60k a week so I don’t suppose it’s being to hard done by.
I would not mind £3m a year and then people feel sorry for me.

Grino - Matip right now i meant. Not the 33 year old version we have now. He shouldn't even be playing in front of Quansah now. It's keeping players like Matip that is holding us back. Same with Gomez. We have 2 top level centre halfs and that's it. Man City have 5. Klopp seems to spend more on attack minded players than defensive ones.
