- a back five at PSG is a disgrace.
- play Rio Ekitike Salah with Jones Szboz Macca ... Rio would have had Hakimi on toast, push them back .. PSG ain't great defensively .. b proactive.
- Slot made LFC believe they are inferior.
Made them submissive, mentally weak and defeatist.

That squad last night consisted of 10 players who have finished the season poorly in the last 3 seasons, including Klopp's last season.
I don't want Slot to stay, but Gomez, Konate, Robbo, Virgil, Jones, Macallister, Gravenberch, Szob, Gakpo and Salah capitulated under pressure every time. Them winning the league last yr makes no difference to my opinion. They are not good defensively when the pressure comes. Klopp's last season going for 4 trophies.

Salah and Gakpo have failed to deliver this season compared to last season, but lets not put this down just to Slot. This team of players find it hard to defend when the pressure comes.

They had to re-schedule the last one, JK, as MacAllister kept falling over during it and Konate's positional sense meant he went to the wrong room.

I think Slot's time is up but at least he tried something different last night by going to a back 5, it didn't work but at least he tried something different. I thought Marma had a decent game and Gomez, Kerkez is looking promising, but I couldn't believe he went down with cramp after 60 odd mins, which typifies how the team is unfit.
You could see Ekitike also start walking at 65 mins. PSG looked light years ahead and reminded me of us 5 years or so ago, pressing monsters and recovering the ball back very quickly. Ahh well, onto Fulham.

Postklopp, I thought Slot hung all those players out to dry with that back 5 formation. Also, notice that we were spamming free kicks from 60/70 yards from their goal into their bow, something we would have laughed at other teams who spent as much as we did, for doing.
