Maybe with the French league being a one team league and Enrique potentially winning back-to-back UCL titles, he’ll feel like there’s nothing left to prove in his current role and look for a new challenge. What better challenge than to take over a Liverpool team reeling from losing Klopp and propelling us to new heights? The man is a tactical genius and his teams play a brand of football that is hugely entertaining.
We can but hope. I’d watch that any day over boring, pedestrian Slot ball.

Kvarshelia: "At PSG, if you don't run, you are on the bench."
Good mentality.

That is one unbelievable team!

If I could hand pick a manager then he would be my first choice.
Guess we'll have to see what happens at the end of the season.... My gut tells me he'll go to City to replace Pep, which will be rather annoying... Either that or I went a bit too heavy on the Jalapenos!

Clutching at straws here with the attempts to get Enrique. Not even sure why he'd come with our awful set-up.

I would love Enrique too. But he does seem pretty happy there, with what is a very young team. Seems most unlikely.

Davey, sadly, that used to be here under Klopp and even Slot last season.
And then this season happened, where we lead the league in distance walked per 90, a stat I did not even know existed in all my years of following the sport.
As for Enrique, we can always hope. I'll believe it when it happens.

He's only just built that side, he's now seeing the fruits of his labour, you don't jump ship at your peak. Also can't see him coming in under Edwards.

Me neither, Chewy. Enrique has a big say in transfers at PSG, I read somewhere, cos that was why Chelsea didn't hire him a few years ago, cos as their fans say, their suits wanted a "Yes" man. Sounds familiar?
Edwards, esp., and Hughes have shown they are not able to handle that type of personality, imo.

If FSG want to move the footballing side of the club to the next level in the next 5 years, Enrique has to be the manager at some point.
