Fed up of hearing about players like sobz holding us 2 ransom, we are one of the biggest teams in the world, Barca Real and as much as it hurts United maybe the only teams that are bigger.
Not 1 player has left and done better, infact Macmanaman is the most successful and he was just a sub. haha.
Sobz was great last year but we were s***, he couldn't last Gerrard's boots on a bad day.

Suarez and Alonso are two players who went and were successful.
Masherano had a good career. Arbeloa did ok.
I give you there has been a lot of players who have disappeared after us. Although not every play went downhill.

Steve, it can be hard to watch players leave, especially ones we enjoy watching.
But no one person is bigger than the club. If a player has made up his mind that he wants to leave, I always think it's better to let him go.
It's the club's job to try to sell from a position of strength, on our terms. But forcing an unhappy player to commit to a project he doesn't fancy can sew discontent and disharmony among the squad.
I think we need to get back to focusing on player character and team unity.
Player trading has long been a part of the game anyway, even at big clubs. We sold Kevin Keegan and replaced him with Kenny Dalglish.
Quality is important but commitment is essential. You'll always get more out of a group of lads who embrace each other and believe in the project.
