God I miss Mo. Think he could make the difference next season.

Move on. It's for the best.

? We haven't even started pre-season.

Still think he would be back to his best, Slotball killed everyone in that team, you don't just lose it, he was amazing in the title winning team.

Is he still better than Jarrod Bowen that people are saying can do a job?

He's finished at PL level for an elite team.

I love Mo for what he did, but Slot ball isn't the only reason he was well off last season. His pace is on the sharp decline, which is a huge part of his game; his first touch had almost completely deserted him, and I can't remember him beating his man very often at all.
Legend, but onwards and upwards.

Legend who would still get ok numbers in the Prem, likely still get elite numbers in another league.
But his elite days in the Premier League are over. His pace has gone and he hasn't been regularly beating his man in years. It's best to just move on and remember the King as a deserved legend before he sours his legacy.

He's hardly done anything in the World Cup to say he's back to his best. It's the right time for everyone to say good bye and find the next gem.

We all love Mo, but yes, I'd rather him still go out, albeit a poor season, but still near the height of his powers, so we can remember the good. Also, not sure he's got the attitude to play a bit part, which is understandable, part of the reason he reached the levels he did was because of that inner belief.
Thanks for the memories, Mo, but we need to find the next superstar now!
