I think his injuries would have significantly decreased his value now, especially for a player that supposedly isn't that happy where he is and isn't a 1st choice starter anymore.

Didn't Melon go on to play regularly since he left us? I know he had a loan at someone like Fiorentina the season after us and was supposedly doing well and playing regularly.
