AC Milan linked with Elliot. I think he needs Togo and a deal above £18m would suffice for me. Chiesa also needs Togo and a loan with £8-£10m option is enough. Both not good enough and Koumas for me has taken the Chiesa role.

I'd agree. Sell them both and give Koumas more minutes.

Is Togo the new Saudi?
24 Aug 2026 14:04:58
I'd be shocked if you could get £15m for the pair.
24 Aug 2026 14:08:33
I'd fancy Togo in the African nations if they get both these over the line.

Rome Togo are trying to get Chiesa for their internationals. Apparently his dad has Togo heritage.
24 Aug 2026 14:30:02
No, his dad was Togo heritage.
24 Aug 2026 14:31:17
I'd take a total of 32 Jaffa cakes for the pair of them.
24 Aug 2026 14:53:46
If we get the players we are supposedly in for, then Koumas won't even be making the bench, never mind minutes on the pitch.
24 Aug 2026 14:55:54
Elliott is a bundi level player unless Klopp is his manager.
24 Aug 2026 15:36:50
Isn't 32 Jaffa cakes what Gomez is made from?
24 Aug 2026 16:15:17
Elliot could have a good career in Germany or Italy's slower game.
Then again, look at Gordon's debut for Barca. It seems the Spanish league isn't up to much either.
One thing that cannot be levelled at the Premier League is the competitiveness; anyone on their day can beat anyone else!

Togo or not Togo.. huge dilemma for young Harvey.
24 Aug 2026 16:28:39
Last year we had Elliot with option to buy 35m. How the stock has fallen.
24 Aug 2026 16:39:39
Chiesa has a long way Togo to become a regular first-teamer.
24 Aug 2026 17:10:22
Think Elliot has eaten the 32 Jaffa cakes to be honest.
24 Aug 2026 17:15:37
32 Jaffa Cakes was Harvey's summer breakfast.
24 Aug 2026 17:51:04
He needs Togo but is he Ghana go?
24 Aug 2026 18:22:59
Word on the street is that Villa were actually paying Elliot in Jaffa Cakes, something Unai Emery absolutely detests, for 2 reasons:
1. He cannot stand the combination of chocolate and orange, and was overheard stating, "It's the worst pairing since Mario Balotelli and Rickie Lambert."
2. He has absolutely no time for the whole "Is it a biscuit or a cake?" debate, and simply asking a question in his presence sends an almighty chill up his spine.
Apparently, Harvey never picked up on any of this, and so his habit of consuming his "paycheck" in and around the training ground was a massive factor in Emery's decision to essentially sideline Elliot for the season.
