Morning all. Question for the Eds/ ITKs.
For the second day running I'm seeing a lot of chatter about a move for Camavinga. I know that we were linked with him in the past but do we still hold a firm interest and are we considering a move for him? Is it just recycled stories or is it the classic RM media trying to drum up some interest in him?

We were interested at one stage under Klopp, but not so much now to my understanding. I would be very, very surprised if we moved for him in the summer.

Real don't tend to do any business, in or out, in January. Camavinga can play so many positions to a high level that it wouldn't make sense to sell him. He also seems to be a dead cert for the France squad regardless of whether Real start him or not.

I hope our interest has been and gone. I only see RM during CL matches if I'm interested in watching them. Any time I've seen them and him, he certainly has not stood out for me. I don't see any attributes that warrant a place in our MF in order to progress it. Perhaps those who have observed him on a more regular basis would disagree.

I’d be surprised - his injury record in a less intense league isn’t great.

He’s made of crisps. Hard pass. We need a durable and physical midfielder, not someone who’d likely go off sick for months on end for breaking a toenail.

Bajcetic js a kid and one of our own who isn’t going to cost the thick end of £50m, I’d rather give him a chance to prove his fitness than spunk big money on a sicknote, Rigsby.
