Not surprised to hear that Ron, Spanish don't travel well. If can't settle on the English Riviera you definitely struggle up north.

Happy with either and I love what Iraola has done at Bou, but if his family is an issue, I'd rather Alonso. I'd hate having another coach that has the stress of his family being unhappy in the city or far away.

Is going from 15th to currently 11th over 3 years without a single trophy anything to write home about? I think there's a step between Bournemouth manager and Liverpool. He should go to Spain, Germany or Italy and win a title first. Alonso ticks too many boxes.
