In this inflated market, where Anderson, who has 1 year of PL experience, Rayan, who has 6 months, are both valued at 100+, then an established Premier League player who has won the league and other titles should be worth 120 minimum.

127 apps and 32 goals for Gakpo. Rayan had 15/5 and no one would mind splashing Gakpo's transfer fee plus 50 mil on him.
That said, Gakpo is proven and found to deliver 7-10 goals in the league, provide some decent hold up play and frustrate the hell out of everyone with his one and only trick.
Is that worth 90-95 mil in today's market? Maybe.
We look like spending a fair bit more on Barcola, and Gakpo's numbers would surely be labelled a success.

To be fair, other than needing to create non-HG space, we shouldn't be desperately trying to move on another attacking player.
Unless there is a bid so high that you just have to consider it?

If they offer that, I think you take it.
Barcola, Rio, Munoz, Koumas, and maybe get another up-and-coming versatile winger/forward (not another 100m+ player). I think we'd be good with that.

Gregarious, I like having youth but I really don't like the idea of relying on them as the main players for any attacking group.
They should be free to come in without pressure and fill in here and there. But expecting to be the guys who win us games each match?
Man, that feels like a big ask.

There's a real danger if we went with two youth players in the forward group, and two youngish foreign players completely new to the prem, they'd get chewed up.
That's sort of what happened last season where teams like Brentford and Leeds just bullied us all over the park.
Players like Mane were battle hardened when we bought them, but still young enough to be hungry and ambitious.
Szob and Grav have that type of age and experience profile in midfield, but Grav in particular isn't someone who'll pitch in much when the duels are playing out.
Isak similarly, and Ekitike won't do it, they just go missing. Of the back four, only Connor has shown much of that spirit.
We need a balance of types of player in the squad, and more guile and experience.

I think that's unfair on Grav - he is a DM and he has done well for us. Arguably every player had a shocker last season, and now we can start afresh. Whoever we sign as a DM will probably be backup (except Wharton).

Depending on who's going out the door, and budget, I would have gone for a right back like Koyode, and then perhaps Bowen. I'd also prioritise a CB in Murillo. For CDM, the guy at Sunderland Sadiki. If Cody left, then yes maybe Barcola, although I don't know whether Munoz is ready to play or not. I've never seen him live.
