Hi all,
As I previously mentioned back last summer, Liverpool are deep admirers of Felix Nmecha. Sky Germany has today reported that we have recently been in contact - which is true, but he is not a priority target.
Liverpool want Lamine Camara and Alex Scott and are laying the groundwork for a potential double swoop.

Really hope we can pull of the signing of both Scott and Camara, they'd upgrade our midfield instantly. Those 2 with Kayode would sure up our midfield and strengthen our defence.

I would absolutely entertain the possibility of Scott in January although the top
London clubs are very much in the picture.

I think Macca's contract runs through to 2028 so I'd assume he'd be sold in summer. Grav and Endo both should be moving on in summer, with Macca likely to move on too. If we get Scott, Camara and Nyoni replacing them, I'd be very happy.

We shouldn't be selling MF's to get some in. We are short of quality in that area. We should be letting the ones that aren't good enough go and ADDING to the ones that are.

I would not get into a bidding war for Alex Scott which Bournemouth obviously trying to do. he is out of contract in 18 months. and its clear he won't be signing a new one. 80 or 100 M seems excessive if he had 3 or 4 years left. should go nowhere near it for that money.
Liking camara and definitely hope that's happening in January. and have to think about RB in January too.
I hope Grav returns to the player we had when we won the league in that 6 position. If he does not want to do that or keeps going on a run about i would look to move him on. although Mac has improved no end this season I still think he will move on. hand shake, thanks for the efforts. and all the best.

With 18months left it will be up to the player. Bournemouth can try start a bidding war all they want but they'll have no choice but to strike a deal with the players preferred choice. Personally can't see anyone going above £65-70m max.

Ed666 he could be Chelsea bound, but AFAIK it's not a foregone conclusion. I fancy us to give it a good go in January based off what I'm hearing.
{Ed666's Note - Got ya mate, thanks for the context. I heard Camara was coming to us and Chelsea were getting Scott. I hope your right tho mate because I think Scott and Camara would really transform our midfield exponentially

I asked Ed666 the other day about Camara coming in Jan, he thought so, so that's a good indication were going to go for him. Fingers crossed we get him!

I listened to Bournemouth owner today who said that they are working very hard to keep Scott but it will be no surprise if he ends up at Chelsea.

It was reported probably Twitter, that camara wants to join and turned down Chelsea and that we would buy him in January.
