Trent leaving seems to be outshining our enjoy. ent of winning No. 20 as almost every post is now about Trent, good and bad.
Yet before this news people were being hounded for discussing the summer window and next season instead of enjoying No. 20.

If Trent leaving is outshining winning the league then football probably isn’t for you.

Hello Thunderbird 2, my own personal Nemesis and number one enemy for donkey's years, that's the best REPLY post I've heard for years "Well Done".

It doesn’t change anything for me apart from wanting to beat RM even more now. Good luck to Trent, we move on.

It doesn’t outshine anything. I couldn’t care less I only want players who want to play at the club. He doesn’t so good riddance. We are the Champs and that’s the best news.

If Trent leaving (something every man and his dog already knew would happen) is outshining your title celebrations, that's a "you" problem, not a "Trent leaving" problem.

Oli there's obvious disappointment to it. Local lad, great memories and now leaving soo young for good. Remember this is it for trent at Liverpool at 26. It's disheartening man. Loved the lad but humans are humans and have their own wants and choices.

You're all right. So how about forgetting about TAA and showering some more love on the players who have chosen to stay (Salah and VVD)?

And let's not forget the EUPHORIA. We are unequivocally the best club with the best overall record in the history of the English game.

ArAy, if I may quote Ed002, post of the day.

100% ArAy ??

I get the frustration at a local lad leaving, and on a free to a club, well you just can't help but despise with everything they have done and the way they have acted, especially recently at the Balon D'Or and with their treatment of referees

All that being said, let's not forget, he's a right back lads. We have lost far more, integral, players over the years
- Alonso was one that stung me tbh
- Suarez was a rat, but jeez played unreal for us, he was integral to the team then
- Owen was a great player and it was just ugly when he went
- Sterling was another that played so well with Suarez and Sturridge
- Coutinho too was so important to us

My point being we have lost some great players, but as a club we have moved on

Yes, we got some money for some of those, but we only really spent well from the Coutinho sale didn't we?

Whilst we got pretty much bugger all from the Owen sale, we went on to win the Champions League without him. That's my point, better players than Trent have left yet the club still pushed on and won trophies, I'd argue too that we have a much stronger team now than we did when we lost the likes of those I named above.

{Ed001's Note - I have to say one thing, I hate to defend Madrid but Barca never attend the Balloon Door unless one of their players is getting an award either. It is weird how it is being used to attack Madrid, when Barca do the same thing but never get any stick for it.}
