Then he shouldn't have forced a move away then. I will never want him back, just like I didn't want back Owen and Mcmanaman. All 3run their contracts down, so Liverpool got next to nothing for them.

Trent can do one. He made his bed, wouldn’t want the club to waste a single penny on that snake, besides, we’ve enough tackle shy players who can’t defend let alone one who farts higher than his own ring piece.

Bad move all round? Trent MADE the decision.
As for missing him? Defensively we're a disgrace at the minute and he certainly wouldn't be helping. I watched the real Madrid game last night and he was at fault for 3 big chances against a mid table la liga side.
One of which they scored. The trent you speak of will be benched again. Quality at times on the ball but Madrid won't have the patience with his defensive weaknesses.

bit sliding doors moment, but I tend to agree that we and him would be doing far better had we continued on together.
But ultimately, the player's heart had yearned for something else. so that sliding door is slammed shut.

Anyone saying we don't need Trent back doesn't understand football. Not having Trent has been one of the biggest reasons for our demise. Trent used to beat the press with a quick ball into midfield, or the long ball to Salah. Salah now makes runs and the ball never arrives. Now we just p. about with it at the back, giving the opposition time to get back in shape. He used to work well with Salah, without crowding his space like Bradley and Frimpong do.
And that's not even mentioning his crossing ability. Even in games when we weren't playing well, Trent could dig us out with one great ball into the box. Anyone else in the wide positions just hit and hope. Trent dictated the tempo of the team. Even defensively he is better than Bradley and Frimpong. Bradley can throw in a tackle, but positionally he is all over the place.

No player, including Trent can change what's currently going on. We have a team of quality players and it's happening, Trent is not needed. He is missed but not needed, he made his choice and that's history.

TSK, Trent also switched off, gave the ball away cheaply and was at fault for conceding multiple goals with his lax attitude and lack of defensive awareness. Plus, and let’s not forget this, he absolutely f***ed the club over and gave two fingers up to us, or are you completing forgetting his “Shhh” gesture?

Tsk n others going on about The Spanish judas . if he never had any assists in him nobody would want him . he can't defend but has a great pass on him . but now he can't even get a game for Madrid even with the 1st choice RB out injured . remember when he walked after the United players.
