Those defeats to Palace, Forest, Brentford, United and Chelsea as well as the draws to Fulham, Sunderland and the two against Leeds look worse and worse as the weeks go on.

Course not Frode, why would i be happy with that. Because i don't agree with you on things i don't love the club like you? We were 2 pts behing United before Newcastle and City. Personally if you offered me still being two points behind after them games i would have jumped at it.
To do that we have to win tomorrow, and i think they will. We will still be sixth yes, but still well capable of finishing anywhere from 6th to 2nd for me.

Sorry but we are not going to beat City. Newcastle are dreadful at the moment which is why we beat them. Expect the score to be 1-3. Slot needs to be dismissed in the Summer. Alonso is waiting. If we do not sack Slot and get Alonso it will be the worst decision LFC take for the next 10 years.

Champions league this season form us will be a miracle, we're awful. Back 5 full of mistakes, midfield bullied nearly every game and a front 3 carrying a couple players every game.

This nonsense that somehow we'll win the champions league sits somewhere between ridiculous hubris and delusion. The way we're playing, how weak we are in midfield and defence, gives absolutely no reason to think we'll win it. We couldn't beat the likes of PSV or Galatasaray, and if we face any OF PSG, City or Chelsea we'd get dumped out the tournament.

Galatasaray and PSV were months ago. During a truly horrendous run. We've currently been beaten once in 16 games games. United were dogrubbish 4 games ago now they are Brazil 1970 but we can't turn results around? Reality is there is no standout team in that Champions League.
Yes of course there are teams that could beat us, but there are also certainly no teams we can't send packing either.

Ed025, I said before on another post I think we'll be ok against Citeh, its the lesser teams that I worry about, when we think we just have to turn up to win.
{Ed025's Note - very true Strom, you do well against teams that want to play open attacking football against you mate, but you seem to struggle against teams that are compact and play on the counter, thats why i think this city game with the form they are in is manna from heaven..
