I'm not suggesting anything in relation to LFC but isn't Kompany doing some job at Munich?? I thought what when they appointed him to the role but I must say I was wrong. I know they're running away with the BL as usual and I only see them in CL action but they play some great football! Bit lax at the rear but fantastic engine and attacking footie.
PSG will beat them though imo. They're just too good overall. I also thought Olise bar his fantastic goal was a bit meahh compared to the first leg. Anyway great team and fair play to VK I say!

I fully expected Kompany, with his limited experience at Burnley, to not do well at Bayern.
Yes, it is Bayern and it's a bit like PSG in France, so you'd struggle to not do well, but Klopp and Alonso showed that Bayern are not invincible, so you have to be doing OK to be pushing them into the semis in the UCL.
I believe Kompany is Pep's natural heir at City. Him on City's bench and Xabi on ours - lovely!

Kompany actually seems to be a very strong manager who gets his players to give their all. Seems like someone you don't mess with. ?

Did he? It's an excellent team for the most part. Though he does allow them to play freely as he's stated.

Fair play to Kompany. He's got his team playing some good stuff, even tho their defending is suspect. I'd take that in a heartbeat. He probably admired Klopp and Pep teams and took a lot from them.

Kompany is and has been doing bits at Bayern and should be getting his flowers for how much he has improved the team from last season to this one. Kudos, Vincent.

I don't know who will go through to the final between PSG and Bayern, but The Arsenal will win the Champions League Final, 3-2.
