Yeah, I saw that. Szobo, Tsimikas and Frimpong were trying to calm him down, but he was having none of it. Not sure what set him off, but he clearly seems agitated by something. Nothing notable happened in the game for Jones' anger to be understandable. If anything, it was another match where he struggled to affect much of anything, and with the transfer rumours around him, maybe his frustrations are coming to the fore now.
To be honest, considering Nyoni's performances and style of play, losing Jones may not be the worst case scenario. And, should Jones leave, we would possibly even bring in Wharton. Plus, Jones would be leaving for Italy, meaning we wouldn't be handing over a decent player to a prem opponent, instead a Champions League one, who we may not actually play.

Personally, I'd take tale what we can get for Jones, Nyoni can easily replace him imo.

Have to agree @LFCS_MANGO, no issue with a player showing passion, just found it strange as the 3 lads around him clearly trying to calm him down, probably a storm in a teacup, but not a great look out on the pitch.
On a positive note, I thought Nyoni looked very tidy, has all the tools to be a great midfielder for us, and interested to see how Iraola uses him the rest of pre season.

Really wouldn't have a problem handing Jones over to anyone, he's gash and obviously thinks he's far better than he is.
