We have a DM in the squad who is Captain of his country p, aging the position -Endo.
I can't think why he's not getting any minutes at all, baffling. I know he's come back from injury but every time he's been on the field he's never let us down.
I feel sorry for the fella.

Maybe because the manager picks the team and he prefers other players to play - I know that sounds crazy but it's just a hunch I have that might explain it.

But the decision seems to be between playing Grav into form or giving a young gun his deserved minutes.
Unfortunately for Endo, I'm not sure his minutes are the priority unless we really need them.

You have to look at the fact that if Endo was getting minutes Nyoni wouldn't be. I think Endo and Chiesa will likely leave in Jan as the manager clearly prefers giving the youth players a chance to prove themselves.

Endo's contract expires in Jun 2027 so highly doubt anyone would sign him in Jan when they can possibly get him for free if they wait 6 more months. I think Chiesa may leave on loan.

Probably because he's almost 34 years old and there are only so many old legs you want in the team. Anyway, Nyoni has been great, why hold him back.

The 30 year old stop gap DM we bought 3 and a half years ago is not getting in the team? Fancy that eh.
The remainder of his contract is probably worth less than £2m by January. He is certainly not the reason we cannot sign a midfielder.

But hardly any of that time you mentioned him having on the field has come in the last two years. Endo's time is up and has been for some time. He is not good enough to be at a club trying to win Premier Leagues. Great attitude but should go in January.

Agreed Lofty, which was what I meant. He could even go on loan for rest of season and leave in summer.
I think without a doubt we have seen the last of Elliot, Chiesa and Endo.
