Hello all,
Well that display was nearly as dire as my last few posts! lol!
Jokes aside and back to reality. So i have quite a bit to get through but i'll start with the one that is big. Arne Slot has lost the backing of the Liverpool players annd I expect something to happen soon. Alexis Mac Alister has received numerous offers from Liverpool but turned them down, due to wanting a release clause in his deal. The news around Jones to Spurs is true, however Liverpool would be reluctant to sell him due to homegrown issues.
Wharton remains a summer priority and Liverpool would be willing to pay for him, however we wouldn't go above 70mil.
As we all know Xabi is waiting in the wings for Liverpool. I've also been told that certain staff are unhappy with Alisson Becker and his recent performances. That's enough for tonight if anything big happens I'll update later.
Liverpool are in trouble it's simple.

Unhappy with Ali? Yeah he has the odd moment, but he was keeping us in games recently. Utter rubbish that. Mind you it wouldn't surprise me as they continue to employ the likes of Hughes and Slot.

Not a lot, but like many as they get older he's slightly on the wane. The quality in front of him is seriously lacking though so he's not a priority to replace right now, and the Georgian doesn't look to be at his level.

Alison was different class v Marseille.
He has lost some my personal confidence recently but we have MUCH bigger fish to fry right now.
Plus he's the last line. It shouldn't co. e to the point where he's the difference.
VVD acts like everything is someone else's fault.
I really don't know anymore.
Maybe the gaffer is killing confidence.

Allison has been fantastic, his form should not be questioned
I don't agree why we are trying to extend Mcallisters contract, he is very much missing in most games, i prefer Jones over him, mccalister can go to Spurs, Jones we keep.
Stop using players as CB's or Defensive Midfielders, when they are midfielders (Gravenberch, Endo)

Jones is awful at defending, He runs around a lot and can pass 5 yard balls all day long, but he can't tackle or get in shape to stop crosses or through balls. You can pass through his line all day long. Macallister is not the same player but I think it's a mental thing with him at the moment.
Let's be honest Virgil was defending on his own yesterday and he had a nightmare.
We need to buy a proper unit who can tackle and defend. not just run into a position and stand still.
