The original article came out a few days ago, from a very unreliable source called "Bayern Space", and it's been rehashed several times by some tabloids. Let's not pretend you are ITK. You are just spreading a false rumour.

Bayern Space was the first to mention Liverpool in the Wirtz saga, so I wouldn't say he's not reliable, but best to take it all as rumours rather than fact.

I do wish the OP had added their source, however, Bayern Space has been pretty reliable in the recent past - they called out that Wirtz had chosen Liverpool over Bayern well before it was widely known last summer, for example. So, I'd say they have proven pretty reliable on rumours involving Bayern (unsurprisingly!)

According to Transfermarkt, Diaz and Gakpo played together 74 times for Liverpool in the three and a half years they overlapped. That is not a small number of games, considering Diaz had blown his knee out when Gakpo arrived. I don't see why it is confusing for some people that Bayern would want both players when they've actually got a proven track record of performing well together.
In fact, I think they both looked at their best for us when they started together. The most fluent regular front 3 we've had since Salah, Firmino and Mane were in their pomp was when Gakpo, Diaz and Salah led the line together last season on several occasions.
