Just wandering re the open top bus parade. LFC have a worldwide fan base. Which also includes posters on this site. I live in Woolton which is a district of Liverpool. Assuming we win the league I will be about 10 minutes from a good vantage point to watch the open top bus parade. Which posters wlll be able to watch live and which would find it to difficult and rely on television footage?

I'll be living in Brasil by that point so it'll be TV for me. I did participate in the 2004 champs league one though, that was absolutely crazy.

Why is Gateacre pronounced Gat-a-ger and not Gate-acre. always wondered that. alongside why Sean Dundee ever donned a red top.

Travelling from Darlington on the Sunday to Southport with my son, daughter and some friends, staying overnight, getting the train into Liverpool to watch the palace game and experience the atmosphere, like we did for the champions league final against spurs, one of the best days ever by the way. Then coming back to the city on the Monday for the parade. Can’t wait.

@Gaga my job means I travel a lot. My contract finished in Germany so I'm going to work for cruzeiro as of June, which is cool because it's my wife's home town so she's super happy for us to be staying there for a few months.

I live in Middlesbrough and will be coming up with my brother for the final game at the sandon and parade the next day (hopefully)
I took a risk and had the hotel booked for 2 nights since early January at £120. I had a look a couple of weeks ago, charging upwards of £800 a night now.

I remember the 2001 parade was absolutely class did the 2005 champions league one too. Just great for the City as a whole. Slot getting a parade his first season is just quality and hopefully it gives him the taste for more. Well done Arne and the players and staff a wonderful achievement especially in a corrupt league. Unbelievable.
