Do we really think we have the best defense in the league? Also do we really have the best midfield in the league? I don't know ya know newcastle have a better midfield chelsea also, Rodri back for city? .
Defensively I think arsenal have a better defense than us and arguably a better midfield. We definitely need 2 defenders and we need quality cover for grav and macca because injuries and loss of form is natural. I know we aren't in fantasy land but I still think we could be stronger in defense and midfield.

We were brilliant last season but at times we got bullied in midfield everton, newcastle, Fulham, chelsea and arsenal and conceded some silly mistakes at the back, we aren't perfect and we weren't last season.

Arsenal look like the best defence because they play so defensively. If we put that players behind the ball every game we'd have had even better stats for the GA column.
They also play with 4 CBs with little attacking intent.

PSG are the best team in the world and they just got beaten 3-0 by Chelsea. Football teams lose games, even the good ones. You just want something to complain about.

We have the best defender and GK in the league, but didn't have the best overall defence last year, always looked a bit wobbly to me, perhaps a result of not having the most defensively minded midfield set up? Not that I mind that as we have lots of midfield creativity which I've been begging for for years. We can't judge anything now though with new fullbacks and likely a new CB yet to come.

No honestly i love what we are at the minute, but taking into account bradleys injury record and frimpong is an unknown quantity defensively in the premier league plus konate has bozo moments and gets injured add to that gomez is already injured we definitely need 2 cbs and 1 who could play rb.

Both Saliba and Gabriel had a few shaky moments last season but you only want to point out Konate’s. Caicedo was average, odegaard had a really poor season, Enzo is average. I really don’t see how you can possibly say they are any better than our defence and midfield.
I suggest you actually watch these teams play before you make these declarations because that post was pure fabrication.

Personally I thought we had the best Midfield in the league last year with Grav, McAllister and Szob. We just added Wirtz to that as well.
