Born in Formby, but live in Vancouver now. Tomorrow’s game is on at 6am here. If I wake up and the team line-up is the same as the last game I’m going to go back to sleep. Never done that before.

Ashamed to say but I've been doing the same. See the lineup hasn't changed so I don't bother watching. Last time I did this was the Hodgson era.

I don’t not watch but I’ve just come to the point where I hope we lose so he goes. Because the longer he lasts the worse it is for us long term.
Surely if we lose to West Ham today that is it because over the past 3 years they have been the worst team I’ve seen no fight in them no pace so am hoping bad day today ends this crap so we can move on and make a challenge for the champions league in the new year.

I find that kind of attitude really odd.
the odds are that if we change manager mid-season that we don't succeed for a while. maybe we get a short term bounce, but can anyone point to where a manage change mid-season has then gone on to sustained success in the PL? Other than Klopp. is there another one of him floating about twiddling thumbs?
and the other thing is that it becomes counter-intuitive to what SLot is trying to achieve, what we want. I just don't get that kind of thinking at all.

I'll be honest, even under Roy I never wanted us to lose, I can't fathom why anybody would want their team to lose.

I don’t want us to lose but under slot we are going backwards so fast that if something does not change quickly the season is going to be over. We are already out of the league and one cup and the way we are playing I don’t fancy us to win anyone at the minute.
I feel with the run we are on Slot should have gone after Forest but even after the PSV game he is still here so richard hughes and michael edwards are sleep walking us to nothing by letting this go on so I don’t want a few wins then back to how we are now and it is clear as day Slot is not going to change and under him we are struggling to compete physically.

Ed025 short term pain long term gain. If we get a few good results with this run of games it could be a disaster because he could end up getting more than a couple more games to lose.
I never want us to lose Ed but I think for the bigger picture a defeat today will hopefully end this because it is not working and it’s not just the run we are in now it’s been going on since February.
Also Ed it’s not that I don’t like Slot he comes across as a nice guy and there is nothing more I would like than it work out for him.
Brendon Rodger’s I could not stand the man there was something about him that I could not stand even Roy Hodgson is a nice guy so it’s only Rodger’s I did not like but the sooner Slots time comes to an end the better for all parties.
{Ed025's Note - wanting a change of manager Grino is something i can live with mate, but wanting your team to lose whatever the circumstances is just not on my friend, i do get your frustration but there are lines that should not be crossed and this is one of them for me, i do respect you as a poster though otherwise i would have just deleted your first post..
