Great result, that's what we've been waiting for. Best performance since the Madrid game. Hopefully, end of season momentum and some of the same tactical fearlessness we showed tonight. Great atmosphere too.

We beat Galatasaray... it's nothing to write home about. Their away record in Europe is absolutely shocking; they've lost 13/15. Delighted with the result, great win, but nothing more than what should be expected against a second rate team who were playing for the draw without a single fan in the stadium.
Nice confidence boost for the lads, hopefully they can build off it, but I wouldn't expect that sort of performance to translate.

A fantastic performance and result, you can only beat the team that's in front of you. Frustrating that it's taken all season to have a performance like that, but let's enjoy it.

Haven't watched the post-match, but I hope Slot does make it all about himself.
All the critical analysts are making it out that he is responsible for all of our failings this season.
So why not give yourself a pat on the back.

Barryw33, I don't get why, after a great performance from the team, we have to jump straight on Slot's back and go after him, saying it's all about him.
Klopp did the same sometimes, and used to blame all sorts when we lost.
So much negativity all the time. We won in 2005 with a rubbish team, and that's the magic we have in this comp.

Let's enjoy it Willo but let's also remember that Slot is the anti christ and no matter what he or the team does we still have to find a way to criticise him after every game, every press conference, every interview and if we see a boiled egg.
It's great to win games and play well but let's not lose sight of the real reason we follow Liverpool and that's to carry out a complete character assassination of the Dutch bloke with the shiny head.
